We take great pride in our products and hope you are happy with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund or an exchange.

Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition may be returned with your packing slip up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund (less shipping costs and surcharges).  Non-sale merchandise in new or unused condition returned without a packing slip or after 30 days from the date of purchase shall be exchanged for store credit only (less shipping costs and surcharges).  Any available store credit will be issued in the form of a Trendy Tots gift card that will be e-mailed to the address provided.  All gifts may be returned for store credit only.  Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE.  No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Steps for mail-in returns:

1. Repack the item in its original box.
2. Write “return” at the bottom of the packing slip provided in your shipment and include it with the items you are returning.
3. We recommend using an insured method of delivery such as UPS in case it is lost or damaged in transit.  Trendy Tots cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive.
4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:

If you no longer have a packing slip or have a question, please e-mail us.  All messages will be returned within two business days.  A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
